To help you prepare for the upcoming school year with Virtualis, we’ve gathered the key academic and ESA-related dates for Utah families. Virtualis begins with grades K–5 for the 2025–2026 school year. Make sure to plan accordingly and secure your Utah Fits All (UFA) scholarship on time.

📅 First Day of School

  • School Begins: August 6, 2025

📋 UFA Scholarship Timeline

  • Application Opens: January 2025
  • Application Deadline: March 2025
  • Award Notifications: April–May 2025
  • Funds Released in ClassWallet: June–July 2025

💰 Scholarship Funding Notes

  • Each student receives $8,000 per school year
  • Virtualis tuition: $7,950 — fully covered by UFA
  • Remaining balance may be used for optional tutoring, curriculum, or services
